The Berlin Youth Employment Agency (JBA) advises and supports young people in finding the right training or study programme. A team of experts from the Employment Agency, Job Centre, youth welfare services and vocational schools work under one roof at twelve locations in Berlin (https://www.jba-berlin.de). Under one roof – that means the JBA is a one-stop agency for career guidance and counselling, applicant-oriented training placement and support, youth vocational assistance, youth counselling, counselling on school-based training and qualification opportunities, support services for young people during the transition from school to work and during training, as well as debt and addiction counselling.
